Profile status & review sources
How NeedDoneToday labels profiles, live availability, Founding Member status, Pro Live Business Cards, Google ratings and booking-linked reviews.
Listed business
What it means: A business has created a public profile on NeedDoneToday.
What it does not mean: It is not an identity, qualification, insurance, service-quality or recommendation check. Customers should still decide whether the business is suitable for their job.
Direct contact available
What it means: The business has supplied a private contact route that a customer can open after deliberately choosing Call business or WhatsApp business.
What it does not mean: It is not a phone-ownership or identity verification badge. The contact detail is not placed in public profile text, metadata or search results.
Website, Google Business and social links
What it means: These links are supplied by the business for customers to inspect directly.
What it does not mean: NeedDoneToday does not independently verify the destination or every claim made on an external website, Google Business Profile or social account.
Google rating
What it means: A displayed Google rating and review count are figures supplied by the business from its stated Google Business Profile.
What it does not mean: NeedDoneToday does not synchronise those figures with Google or independently verify them. Customers should use the linked Google profile to check the current source.
NeedDoneToday reviews
What it means: A signed-in customer can leave one NeedDoneToday review for a booking that is marked completed on the platform.
What it does not mean: That booking link does not mean NeedDoneToday has independently investigated every review statement or guaranteed the work outcome. Review and reporting rules still apply.
Founding Member
What it means: A recognition title for one of the first 100 businesses to join NeedDoneToday.
What it does not mean: It is not an endorsement, recommendation, verification, ownership interest, equity, financial right, ranking benefit or matching priority.
Live availability
What it means: A business has posted a current time window in which it says it may have time to help. It remains visible only while the slot is open and within its stated time window.
What it does not mean: It can change and is not a quote, booking, job guarantee, suitability assessment, service-quality assessment or business verification.
Pro Live Business Card
What it means: An optional presentation feature with a shareable business page and enhanced profile tools.
What it does not mean: It does not make a business more suitable, verified or recommended, and it does not create a ranking or matching advantage.
Customers should still check whether a business is suitable for the particular job, including relevant qualifications, insurance, reviews, timing and price.
